Lottie, Shane, and everyone there take personal banking to the next level. My loan and banking experience could not have been better and anytime I need something they are on it. Could not be happier.
This was a horrible experience. My husband walked into the bank to ask for change and was told that he must bank with them to get change . He was not greeted, and they were three people sitting down, not one of them even acknowledged that he was there he was going in to get change and had to wait to wait on another teller to be done with her customer, although there were three other people sitting idle. Morris Bank is my bank! I am a small business owner and have had several loans through the years and the people are very helpful and kind.
I would highly advise avoiding this bank. They give incorrect advice and assurances, they don't seem to understand how brokerage checking accounts work, and seem flummoxed by any financial institution or instrument that isn't a straightforward checking or savings account from the 90s. They have placed an incredible strain on my life and marriage and don't really seem to care. They say one thing and then change their mind weeks later.
