I had a seamless experience getting my mortgage through Morris. They were beyond helpful and I encountered zero issues during the actual process. However, since closing, I’ve been bombarded with 2–3 letters a week claiming there are 'time-sensitive issues' with my mortgage. While the finest of print at the bottom says they aren't from Morris, it’s clear my information was shared or sold. They are a very good bank. The people actually smile and welcoming.
Came in on a Wednesday to open a new checking account and was helped by Denise She took my information and inputted in their system that came back with a FLAG but Denise did not mention what the flag was instaead she said she would call me on Friday to let me know when my new debit cards would be in It turned out that she inputted the wrong SS# and because of her mistake she was not able to proceed on processing my account Since I never received a phone call from Denise on that following Friday I had to wait for the long wee... read more
