I had a seamless experience getting my mortgage through Morris. They were beyond helpful and I encountered zero issues during the actual process. However, since closing, I’ve been bombarded with 2–3 letters a week claiming there are 'time-sensitive issues' with my mortgage. While the finest of print at the bottom says they aren't from Morris, it’s clear my information was shared or sold.
