I like this place because it makes an unpleasant process very easy. I’ve been having Candy do my taxes for a couple years and I just upload my docs to SmartVault, have a quick call and that’s it. Their office is on top of it, they send you an email each year to confirm your appointment so you don’t even have to think about it.
We are trying to get our information back
Very knowledgeable and nice. But very difficult to get ahold of or get calls returned.
We had used her near 20 years and she was the best. My husband was a truck driver and in 2017 the taxes weren't right. We took out taxes to have them checked and yesterday they were amended and Iwill get back 2754.00 because no per diem had been done that year. You only have 3 years. Someone else done them. Truck drivers with per diem you better have 2017s at least checked.
