An updated review: MJ, now BOBV, is amazing. The tellers know everyone by name, and always go the extra mile. True story, I called one day to see when they closed. I had an important deposit to make but was stuck in traffic. Michelle actually told me to take my time, and to call her when I got there. She then unlocked the door and processed my deposit after they were closed. In another incident, I had my identity stolen. They've done great by me. Everything was normal until I had my identity stolen. They made it so easy. They even went ahead and filled out all of the forms for me, giving them to me to review, verify, and then sign. I had my money back a week later.
