Worse bank, ever. It's certainly frustrating when bank employees don't know how the ACH collection with small business work. Getting switched from person to person, from Brandon Brown to Shanee Kimber and nothing resolved.
Great place to bank. Originally I chose this bank for the new account promotion. I soon realized I don’t actually have enough money to utilize the incentive. No worries, I will continue to stay with Bank of Blue Valley because of the great customer service. MS.Tracy took the time to send me a handwritten card, Thanking me for choosing Bank of Blue Valley.
