Insulting Customer Service – Last night I visited the Morrell Wine Exchange at 62nd and 3rd Avenue. I brought back a bottle of wine which had gone bad. In almost any other wine shop in NYC the owners would gladly take back the bottle and send me home with a new one. At Morrell Wine Exchange the stock boy smirked and suggested that I was making things up, that I was drinking half the bottles of wine only to somehow swindle them.
