Clean and efficient. Not a overly crowded gym where you have a bunch of people wasting time on the machines and equipment sitting on their phones or standing around talking. Here you can maximize all your workouts without anything or anyone disrupting your flow. Trainers are helpful and professional. Maximum results here. They even have training available for those who are looking to compete in the future. I was searching for a gym to train at and couldn’t have had a better experience. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even allowed me to come in as they were getting ready to leave, which really says a lot about the kind of people they are. The facility itself is top tier! The facility is clean, spacious, and well thought out. I loved the red light infrared sauna, the turf area is perfect for sled pushes, and there’s plenty of open space to stretch and recover properly.
