We have found the doctor very rude and don't listen I can't remember the doctor name but he forgets thing he has sent U for he kept forgetting about my wife pregnancy but the bad one was when my son had to have needles and he never used a wipe to clean the area and just shoved the needle in wasn't holding my son's arm so my son arm flung back and the needle bent in his arm didn't even put a band-aid on to stop the bleeding I had to go buy some You ask for medication that U need and he says nope U don't need that ... Dr. Moroney got me the very wrong treatment for a minor fracture at my elbow. Could have lost all the movement in my arm, luckily I went to another doctor that knew his business. Avoid at any cost.
Difficult admin/reception staff. Money hungry doctors. Was simply wanting results of a test which I have read can be given over the phone but staff claim doctor has to see you to give results. Clearly a money hungry tactic. No offer of bulk billing for the doctors request to come back to the surgery either. Requested my results to be sent to my new doctors instead, but its a no to that one as well.
