What I will say is that Rachel will fight for you and stick with you through everything from nonsense from the other party's harassment, down to the seriousness of situation of the issue. Plus they are just pretty cool people to be around and friendly so you feel welcome to be there at the office, phone and when in the courthouse itself and will feel like a part of an extended family.
