I ordered the Mash LAX King platform and 2 Mater bowl tables during sheltering in place when everywhere was shutting down, including airports. Their Customer Service Team advised me on the new lead times due to the recent closures and it was worth the wait. I love the pieces so much!
4 months in and I still have not received my order. No one answers the phone. I now realize I will never receive my order. BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM!!!!!
Ordered something back in November and got told there were supply chain issues so it wouldn’t ship until January. When I followed up in January, they never responded. It has been a month now and they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls.
This company is an absolute scam -- DO NOT purchase anything from them. I purchased a chair more than 6 months ago and have continuously received the runaround from "customer service." I have not received my item or my money back. They are literally stealing from customers and should not be allowed to operate this "business." Everything about this company is a sham.
I am an interior designer. Unfortunately, this has revealed itself to be a fake website. Do not order from them! I ordered two rabbit chairs for a client and they have stopped responding and there is no answer on the phone or email. Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars. They are clearly using fake reviews.
