I highly recommend this place. The kitchen serves up fresh, home cooked meals just like mom used to make. The huge t.v. in the day room is easy for mom to see and the staff are so friendly and helpful. These people know how to make mom feel at home even when i can't be there. Thank goodness someone in the area takes the time to care.
I used to work there for almost a year, and would never allow my parents to live for a hot second. The management is less then helpful to resident and treats their employees like lower class citizens. There is nothing for the resident to do because the actives director is busy doing other thing, seldom have housekeepers and the food they expect for the resident to eat is disguising I wouldnt let my dog eat it.
This is not the place I would want my loved one to live their last days. It is more of a military camp then a place where seniors are given the dignity to make choices as adults. No activities or housekeepers in sight.
