I had not heard of Bowen Therapy before a friend suggested I try something new for my chronic back issues. 20 years of chiro treatments, sometimes two or three a month, had given me instant but short term relief. I have had back issues for many years. I've tried everything. Went to see Lisa at Bayside Holistic Therapy and she has worked wonders. Lisa has practised Bowen therapy on me which has worked a treat. She has a beautiful manner and really takes care of you. She has many other skills which she uses to help out whatever problem you may have. Be it physical or mental. Went to see Lisa for my back and knee pain. Had two sessions about a week apart. This has been the most effective treatment I have had and believe me I have tried it all! I'm feeling amazing!!
