One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The therapist really takes the time to listen to what you need and tailors the session perfectly. Would recommend. Im coming back.
Shannon is an exceptional therapist. During my visit, the intake was thorough but not overwhelming. My neck and shoulders were so tight, and her care was just what I needed. I can be sensitive to deep work and she was able to be carefully effective in her approach. The room was clean and inviting. Her communication was professional yet minimal enough for me to find peace and rest. I truly felt heard which is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend Shannon! During my appointment, she talked about the different levels of tension in my body and posture. She also brought up stretches and ways to stay more aware. I felt great after the massage!
