I was initially hired by this facility but never received a follow-up call to start. Recently, a manager encouraged me to reapply, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and submitted another application the same day. And guess what? No call again. If this is how they handle potential employees—leading people on and then completely ghosting them—imagine how they treat the residents entrusted to their care. Care teams are great. Activity staff is still on a learning curve. The previous team was "Doged" out by the current executive director. Still a work in progress.
