I am here almost a year and am extremely happy.The main point is the staff is extremely friendly and goes extra mile to fulfill my needs. The memory staff took extra care of my wife Chandra and did everything possible to keep her happy.The staff particularly Janki and her assistant knew how to help dementia patients. The other item is that I get Drs visit right here in my room including primary care podiatrist and physical therapist and it avoids me to go place to place for my needs. The best decision I have made in my many years of life was choosing the Ivy to be my new home. I lived at a nearby facility that continuously let me down, eventually I decided it was time for a new change. From day one the team at The Ivy has gone above and beyond to welcome me in to my home. We are so lucky to have found Ivy for our mom. The memory care staff is great and the memory care director Christina is truly AMAZING. She has deep knowledge of MC and is a true leader for staff, residents and families. Wonderful human being too! Mom was in a different AL/MC facility for over a year and Ivy MC is 1000x better.
