The folks at the Retreat at really caring and attentive people. Carrie (exec director) does a great job with communication and she has a great staff. Unfortunately my father in-law had a fall recently. Daryl and the other nurses on duty that evening did a super job taking care of him and my mother in-law. Kept everyone calm until the ambulance arrived and even was waiting with his walker and shoes when he got back!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the facility!!

I feel it’s important to share my experience because the marketing for this facility does not reflect what I have observed. The property appears to have frequent staff turnover, including multiple executive directors. The quality of the food has been consistently disappointing, and I have personally witnessed residents being denied second servings or reasonable meal alternatives.
