I just want to let Mr. Aaron (Maint Supv)know how much I appreciate him! Whenever I have issues in my apartment, like on yesterday, he always is professional, respectful and answers my questions and concerns! Great job! He takes his job seriously! That means so much being a senior resident!
Receptionist hung up twice before we could fully have a conversation about my inquiry I would NEVER let my grandparents stay here based on such an abrupt and rude interaction I can only imagine what the rest of the staff behave like…#retrainregain
