I cannot recommend Teddy and Morningside Acupuncture enough. I was facing some pretty gnarly IT band pain six weeks before the NYC Marathon and had been trying a lot of stuff, including stretching, strength training, icing, etc. I was having some progress, but I still had pain on my training runs, and I was very worried how the race would go. I highly recommend Morningside Acupuncture for dry needling, acupuncture, and helpful recovery services. I’ve been dealing with stubborn calf/shin pain while ramping up on running and after just a few sessions with Nicholas Dill at Morningside, I can say I’m beginning to find lasting relief. Teddy at Morningside Acupuncture is outstanding. He is a highly skilled and caring professional who provides personalized treatment plans. His trigger point therapy and dry needling were remarkably effective in relieving my back pain.
I saw Teddy for my first acupuncture/dry needling session and it was just what I needed! I’ve been struggling with chronic adductor strains and the trigger point therapy he did helped to alleviate some tension to progress what Im doing in PT. Highly reccomend!!!
