RecommendedI absolutely love Morning Sun Mindfulness Center, and by saying that I mean the residents. It’s a safe place for everyone to learn about the Dharma and mindfulness and they really care. So glad they are doing the online days of mindfulness during this time with Covid-19. Love the Dharma talks. I’m so happy I get the opportunity to continue to learn and grow with the Sangha at this time. I attended the teacher mindfulness retreat in June 2019 and felt human again when I left!
In my personal experience this community and the retreats they offer are just wonderful! Surrounded by nature you feel the beauty and compassion of this mindfulness community. I left my retreat renergize and renew. Made so many wonderful friends. I highly recommend it!! 5 stars!!
The love and care for people living and visiting Morning Sun was beyond my highest expectations. The natural setting and beautiful meditation hall ease the mind.
