My list of concerns are numerous. I am sorely disappointed in this facility. The facility itself is very nice but the care given is poor. They are understaffed and undertrained. People leaving left and right from the Director , bookkeeper and RA’s. My husband has not received the care he needs and when I talked to the acting director recently , who is an RN, I did not hear an apology but instead was gaslighted. Having worked in Senior Care for 20 plus years, I can honestly say there is no finer senior living company in the country than Morning Pointe. They take care of their employees, residents, and communities. If my parents were considering moving into a retirement community, without question it would be Morning Pointe. Morning Pointe leads by example while enriching the life's of those they serve.
