Salome is phenomenal! Truly love working with her❤️. She taught me how to eat better and showed me that I wasn’t eating enough. Fitness was never my issue, as I love working out, but I wasn’t eating enough nor was I eating the right foods. She taught me what to eat, the number of carbs, fats and protein. Thanks to her I’m not starving and I’m losing weight at the same time! If you want to lose that stubborn weight she’s your girl!
I have been member of Morley Coaching for a few years now and their program is amazing. They will send food program and exercises monthly. Salome is very supportive and helpful, she sill reach out all the time cheking if you need any type of help.I loved this program!

Starting workouts and healthy eating is important, but Coach Salome gets to know you what is going on in your life! Everything is connected and Coach Salome does a great job finding what will work best for you! Plus, she is super positive! I love the weekly check-ins! She is wonderful. So easy to follow her tips and exercises. Really encouraging and helpful.
I loved the program and even thru my busy life the exercises helped me out and made me feel great. Financial issues happened or I would still be involved now.
