Para el caso de mi madre ha sido muy frustrante la comunicación con ellos, no digo que no hacen su trabajo, porque el caso ha ido avanzando, pero es realmente difícil que contesten un mensaje, te dejan en visto, el telf a veces se lo contestan a veces no y ella se desespera porque es una persona mayor y tiene dudas. Creo que deben mejorar mucho el costumer services para que sus clientes tengan una experiencia más fluida
