Came to fix a pair of sunglasses here and they were so lovely and professional. Have been to others and they couldn’t help. I’ll definitely recommend this store.
Stopped by this optical store once. Jennifer was kind; however, one male staff insistently looked at me —as if I didn't belong there— and redirected me to a competitor optician nearby. It felt extremely condescending, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I suppose the way people look highly matters at Morgenthal Frederics, so I will gladly go elsewhere.

Angel at the Columbus Circle location should learn how to at the least pretend to help customers.
I have a few pairs of glasses from MF. One purchased here the others at the Madison Ave store. I'm not a huge fan of my horn pair. The lamenation started separating after a time, even with using a cream they gave me. Just to delicate. I have other brands from here I love, and all the lenses have been great. This store is pretty small and a really tiny selection, so I recommend Madison Ave. I'll also mention this Columbus circle store refused to adjust the glasses I bought there when I stopped by.
