My mate and her father both doing it tough with serious health issues were forever grateful when they could get the odd box of left over produce for their cows. Now the zoo is collecting it all and once again small Aussie farmers are being slapped in the face by big companies. 3 families due to this have now boycotted IGA Gisborne and now go to Coles as there seems to be no point trying to support what I deemed the smaller supermarkets like IGA.You won't look after your locals then don't expect us to stay with you.
Great range of products. Fairly reasonable prices for a iga, I’m not from the area but travel to Gisborne a few times a month and when I do I make sure to stop in and get the roast pork and veges, wish my local iga also stocked the ready to eat roasts as they are delicious!!
