We have had the best experience so far with this facility. Heather has been outstanding when it comes to helping us get my grandmother in there. She has gone above and beyond what the standards are to ensure my grandmother gets the best care. I 100% recommend this facility!
I have placed comments before but it was only for the nursing home part. However since my last entry certain things have come to light! They have started using what they call Agency personnel (from local employment agencies I assume) These people 90% other ethnic origins, not that I prejudice mind you it just seems that way. They ignore you when you ask for something and shrug you off like you should be thankful there doing anything at all!!!!! And now for the rehabilitation process for equipment they only have one bicycle m... read more
