I called today to find out about getting a replacement sash for my window. I spoke with Michelle and she just seemed inconvenienced by my phone call. I told her what the issue was and asked if she could help me find the sticker with identifying product information. She just kept saying “There’s just a lot of information I would need in order to help you.” Which to me equated “This phone call isn’t worth the commission I would make on the sale. No thanks.”
