Service has gone significantly downhill. Our family had multiple accounts over decades. When our financial advisor retired, our accounts were handed over to a new, arrogant advisor who was slow to respond, made "clerical errors" which were not corrected until we followed up, made investments with significant capital losses while the client was in retirement, and was generally rude and dismissive.
