No one ever gets back with you, even if they say they will and they have initiated the conversation. Evert investment recommended has tanked. Money supposed to be put into CD'S was not, losing me interest. The people are not friendly, and I doubt they know what they are doing. Stay away.
My parents were with Morgan Stanley in Paramus for about 30 years. All I can say is, they take advantage of the elderly. In addition to exorbitant fees, the returns on the account over the years were abysmal. My father passed away, and my mother could no longer afford the fees on this account, which was losing money each year. The final "nail in the coffin" was a $175.00 annual fee charge which I noticed after changing to a low fee brokerage account.
