I don't know what the rest of the staff is like, I can't say whether they are awful, mediocre or decent, but Kellon Lawrence is awesome. He's humble and if he doesn't know something he will tell you, unlike some other brokers I've had, including some at Morgan Stanley. Don't let the humility fool you, though, he knows his stuff.
I come from an earlier time, so I arrived at the office with five paper stock certificates representing shares I wanted to sell. God the woman I spoke with was just awful, attitude, quick to hang up the phone, didn’t want to answer questions! Fire her if she’s not going to take her job serious!
