I would advise against working with Morgan Stanley (or ETrade). I have money in a retirement account that I have been get out for several weeks now (they won't process my rollover), and I'm shocked by how little customer support I'm getting, and how hard they're making this for me (there have been several errors on their end along the way and they don't make any extra effort to make up for the lost time they've caused me). There are other, more reputable, brokerage companies (such as Schwab) that will treat you much better.

Morgan Stanley is a total RIPOFF. DO NOT TRUST them with your hard earned money. They will gladly take your money and charge you high fees but when you need their service and attention they do not deliver. I have no problem paying the fees if I receive the service. Over 15 years with them and paying the fees with no hesitation. Very disappointing. Hope this helps someone else avoid the nightmare.
