Just called this Nashville office, they seemed incompetent rude and uninterested in having my business.
I’ve been a client of the Cumberland River Group, managed by James Nichols, at UBS for several years. The performance has been neither outstanding nor awful. Pretty flat overall yet I’ve always trusted James Nichols until now. For the last eight consecutive days, I’ve either left him a voicemail or sent him an email. UBS is personal when they have to look you in the eyes but as soon as it goes further....the trouble begins! 8 weeks and I still can’t get my money!
