Residence management was authorized to access (via ACH) my bank account for current monthly rental payment on stipulated day only. Any other access was expressly forbidden verbally. Any & all indebtedness other than current rent was expressly denied & claimed to be an artifact of erroneous record keeping. Despite this & within days of this conversation, residence management attempted to withdraw disputed funds ($5919.25) from my account. Morgan Orchards Senior Living Community is located in the heart of Vermont, Randolph Center. The beautiful location overlooks mountains and is easily accessible from I-89. I highly recommend considering this facility if you are ready for a senior living Community!
