The people that are doing the intakes for this place have no clue what they're doing. Trying to explain our families case for medical malpractice. The intake team they're not knowledgeable. They're not paralegals either. Our attorney for an elder abuse case told us we needed to find an additional attorney for medical malpractice. Trying to explain this to Morgan and Morgan's intake representative they kept wanting to send us through to a elder abuse attorney which we don't need! We have one already.
