I couldn’t even get through a consultation because the case operators were so incompetent. I was passed around to 5 different people over the course of 2+ hours , some operators said I had a case and then others said I didn’t. I got passed around so much I just decided this wasn’t a company I wanted to work with anymore and it’s so discouraging.
