The service was incredible. Within an hour or so of calling your office I had a minimum of 4 staff members contacting me for information to get my case rolling. Kelli ******* was my case manager and did a fantastic job of making sure that I had all the necessary testing to correctly diagnose all of my injuries to get the proper medical treatment I need and deserve. My case is almost 4 years old for starters! Morgan and Morgan isn't professional, doesn't communicate with their clients properly and dishonest! I've had 3 or 4 different attorneys since hiring Morgan and Morgan to represent me(all a huge mistake). Currently I'm still waiting on a payout, Robert Varner stated that my case was settled back in January of this year 2022. I had the pleasure of working with Charity Flener and I have to say it was very delightful and extremely eventful to say the least. She went above and beyond working tirelessly while making every available effort to express her do diligence extremely gracefully. Morgan and Morgan did a wonderful job for me, but know that they are a large firm and not attorneys are equal. I happened to get lucky and was given to a woman attorney with a woman paralegal. They were sweet and kind and kept working for me. If I ever need an attorney again, I would definitely reach back out to my team, and see if they could help me. Absolutely THE WORST firm is Morgan and Morgan. They are Not for the people. They accept a case and never answer the phone or call back after weeks. If anyone received a name called "Lauren *******" immediately go to another law firm. This firm is worthless and unless you have a giant case, you are worthless to them and I have a big case as they know and I'm done waiting. CALL ********** instead. M&M was no help whatsoever and a complete waste of my time. Don't let them waste yours. After contacting them, telling them the story of my mother's death, and waiting weeks for a reply, I called and was told my case was referred to a "local attorney" whose name could not be provided because M&M keeps no records. After no contact by anyone and following up a week later, I was told to contact my state bar association to find my own attorney since the "local" attorney had not contacted me.
