I had a very good mediation session today with Anna Nelson as the mediator. She was professional, friendly, effective and with her hands on approach was able to help my client who was injured in a car crash, At the beginning she put my anxious client at ease by getting briefly acquainted. She understood the issues and was effective in getting both sides to see their strengths and weaknesses. She complimented my client a few times.
