I scheduled an in-person consultation regarding a traffic incident. Despite living nearly two hours away, I was told over the phone that an in-person meeting was strictly required. I agreed, scheduled the appointment, and made the four-hour round-trip drive. While I was on the road, the office placed a single call two hours prior to the meeting time. For a divorce firm: If I could give 0 stars I would primarily because of the secretary that works here. Appointments must be in person (which makes it hard work wise), but the secretary Janice could not schedule any appointments more than a week in advance. We had asked SEVERAL times for an invoice and the delays were comically horrendous . But the real comical tragedy is that they do not have access to the courts filings; therefore, we were NEVER alerted as to what was filed in our case.
