Last year when I went the lady who ran the desk Barbara was so mean and made me cry I dreaded coming back this year to renew our conservation easement on our land, but thankfully she retired (praise the LORD). Heather is the new front desk staff and she was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! So polite, kind and caring. She took the time and helped us fill out all the paperwork since we have never done it before. She felt like an old friend by the end of our visit. I’ll never dread going to the tax accessor again! Thank you Heather!
It is funny how our property taxes just jumped up by $1500.00 in just 1 year from 2022 to 2023 yet this town cannot provide more yard debris trucks to help with the community. YET, the town is building park after park after park. Which are always empty with no one there. If you want to raise our property taxes, PLEASE MAKE SURE you are providing ways to take BETTER responsibility and care of the people living in the community.
