I just rang to ask if they could help me dispute an insurance claim. They put me onto the right people and made sure I understood the best path forward. My claim was very insignificant compared to what they are used to dealing with, but for us it is huge. What a good man to take some time to talk me through it and he was very patient, kindly and compassionate. Thank you. A good human. The discussion reminded me of the lawyer in The Castle!🤭
