A few clothing items i ordered from Morgan Claire were cute and i had no problems. I ordered a $65 shoulder pack and didn't use it right away. A couple weeks later i went on a trip, the bag broke the moment i placed it on. I emailed the team about the bag being faulty. They refused to even ask for pictures and simply stated, it was past the return period. I tried to explain i had not used it until now. I got nothing! Poor customer service and bad quality. Thus i will not spend any more money with Morgan Claire.
absolutely over priced and the workers are rude! go in there to find a homecoming suit for court and it takes me to walk to the back of the store for them to say hi. Then gets mad when i tell them the truth about what i like and what i don’t like. Oh don’t forget that when me and my mother leave NO byes where said they just talked about random stuff and watched us walk out. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Store was beautiful but the associates were to worried about doing there wall rather then helping customers.
