Promised refund, then ghosted. Looks like a scam. It's been over three weeks since Morgan Brookshire LLC / Jason Norton promised to refund $3,550 that was overbilled on an appraisal. The appraisal was quoted and billed at $8,000 — but the actual fee was only $4,450. We were told the difference would be refunded immediately. That was June 30. It's now July 21.
