Chris was great. Very knowledgeable, easy going. And good pricing. We would definitely recommend Morgan Law for anyone looking to do their estate planning.
Chris helped up set up our estate, which included an irrevocable supplemental special needs trust for our adult disabled daughter. He did it in a way that protects her disability and medicaid benefits from ending upon our death. He specializes in doing special needs trusts, he has done hundreds of them. He knows the specifics of the law regarding assets, ABLE accounts, guardianship, etc. He is experienced in wording the legal document to specifically protect the interests of your child.
