I hired Moreno family to represent me in a 50/50 child-custody battle, as a man I had very little communication, uses only email to communicate. Needed to set up apts for calls and simple questions, no easy access to get answers and lacked explanation of processes. I had no clue what I was getting into and not prepared on knowledge about every step of the way. I first hired Andersen Law PC, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. It felt like they were more focused on prolonging the case and billing me than actually resolving anything.
