Here to rent a U-Haul. Opens at 7am. Door is open but one person working. That one person is not attending to any of the 3 customers out front. When trying to get her attention we were told, "Don't knock, I know you're there. I am by myself". 15 minutes later, still not attending to anyone. if you open at a certain time, be ready to attend to customers at that time. POOR customer service.
I'm changing a review. Has gotten better over the past couple of years. Not too social friendly so get in and get out is your best option.
The people here are so incredibly kind! I was recommended here and I was not disappointed! Staff is helpful, quick, and very friendly.
