I love this place! Great staff, effective exercises, awesome support!
The clinic and staff are generally pleasant, and I want to be fair in sharing my experience. I came in for back pain and a glute issue. My PT recommended dry needling for the glute area. Before agreeing, I asked multiple times about potential side effects and was told the only possibility was mild soreness for a day or two. Following my second dry needling session, I developed a new and significant pain along my outer left thigh that I had not experienced before. Great overall staff and clinic. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Went in for an eval, made a follow up appointment at the Bluebonnet location. I did all exercises as told for 1 week and to further stretches and microneedling on follow up. Went for follow up, and was scheduled with a new provider - who is not microneedling certified nor felt confident in anything she mentioned/asked me.
