An absolute horrendous company to deal with with regards to paying off the mortgage due to the sale of a property & the waiving of an EPC & communication with solicitors during completion, Breaching Data protection laws by sending sensitive emails to the wrong solicitors, customer service agents putting you on hold for no reason it seems.. nothing was achieved, giving out incorrect emails addresses to send sensitive information/documents to. BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED OUTFIT. They prey on the vulnerable and elderly. They totally ripped of my mother and when we presented the facts that she was elderly and had the beginnings of Alzheimers (doctors letter provided), they ignore it and forced her to pay an outrageous penalty when we tried to reverse the finance. Also when we did settle the debt to get my mother out of this extortionate agreement, they used every tactic they could to find ways to delay the repayment so that they could keep charging her outrageous interes... read more
The only thing this company is interested in is gaining sales no matter what and then reaping profits in interest from its customers, stay well away from them, they do not care about their customers.
Awful to deal with use excuse after excuse have been trying sort out problem with removeing ex husbands name. Told in Sept 23 would be done now Dec 2024 and still waiting. I did report them to Financial Ombundsman and FSI so did my property lawyers. Delaying tatics all the time staff very inefficient see my review from sept 23 now Dec 24 and still waiting
