Dreadful experience. We wanted to transfer our equity release owing to another property to downsize as in our 70s and More2life went to do their survey but today have said cannot value it due to a crack in the masonry. Email says even if we put right the work before we bought it, there is no guarantee they will pass it then. We could not and obviously would not pay for the work while owned by seller!
