We’ve done our filing with this service for a few years now prior to having a revolving door of different people working on our taxes. This past year’s tax filing was a total nightmare for my business and finding out also for 2020. Another review posted here from someone else expressed my same frustration and observations. This was the worst tax filing experience I have had in 25 plus years of filing. Evolution Tax Center did my taxes last year and they did an excellent job. Since then, the company seems to have (incompetently) attempted to scale and expand their operations. The ensuing changes/results destroyed my customer experience. 1) After being required to fill out a long and cumbersome "individual Income Tax Organizer," anonymous representatives continued to pepper me online with questions that the organizer purportedly addressed.
