Made me feel welcome.
Should be zero stars 3 months to replace battery never go to this shop even if Kevin is friendly. Never calls back. Charged for new charger that was defective and came in open box then I was told it’s past one month warranty and had to pay again. Over my dead body. Shop is a disaster which I guess was fair warning. Ttfn
I brought my bike there in a cab fir $25.00 he said he could duagnise the problem for $110.00 I took the cab there then he sais he could even tell me witch part was not working. Now Im pay $25.00 to take it home. In sure its the mod chip in the motor but they dont eveb have those to sell. He did give me some advise but I wouldnt recomend bringing a bike there to be fixed.maybe if your looking to buy a brand new one factory built
Very patient in explaining everything to us about e-bikes! They even let us try them! My husband just purchased his very first one and it loving it! Thanks guys!
