Disgusting attitude, they don't care about children only their money. They cancelled our services bc we had to postpone our first appointment and lied to the school district about having "9 cancellations". Gross people, gross attitude, no ethics.
The OT/PT/Speech therapists at More Than a Gym (Great Neck) did a phenomenal job taking care of my son. They are attentive to his needs, anticipate what he'll need to work on next to achieve his next milestones, and keep him engaged and happy. My child has been working with his therapists since he was around 6 months old. They are so good at working with little ones and I felt very comfortable that he was in their care. We have been at More Than A Gym for two years now, and couldn’t be more thankful we discovered this facility and its amazing therapists! Both my children received PT, OT, and Speech, and each therapist was just as wonderful as the next - all skilled in what they do, are kind, loving, and patient with my children. My son received speech therapy 3x a week with Miss. Elana for 9 months. In that time he grew immensely and his speech flourished. He looked forward to their sessions together and always greeted her with a huge smile and hug. Their policies on lateness and absences are very fair. The coordinator/office manger Cynthia always offered a makeup session in the event of an absence. The gym is very nice and clean.
