We just bought our first home and My Space Place made the process so much easier than we could imagine. Having their expert closets and organizing tools in place before we moved in, changed everything. The team did great work, quickly and to our exact needs. Thank you! Susan and her team are top notch.
While we are extremely happy with the product and how it looks (so far), We are very displeased with service. Not only did they make an error in the plan, but they promised delivery of the missing part (saying it was in stock). Apparently that was not the case and 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for correction. The worst part is no one has kept us informed and they don’t seem to care.
From sales ( Haley)to installation, everything was flawless. The install crew was careful and neat. We couldn't ask for more. Both the pantry and Bed Room are perfect .
